Cancellation policy:
We understand life happens and you can’t always make it to your appointment.
We accept 1 last minute cancellation per client any cancellations after that would require at least 3 hours notice to give us a chance to fill the gap, alternatively a 50% service charge will be added to the next visits bill.
No shows:
Unless given adequate reasons for not attending you appointment a 50% service charge will be added to your next visits bill.
Booking services:
The clients are expected to pay for the services that they have booked in for. If a change of service is required then a minimum of 3 hours notice shall be given by the client by either altering the booking themselves or calling the shop for the staff to alter it.
